Chicken Stroganoff

 So good!



Chicken Stroganoff

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup flour

3 T. olive oil

1 T. butter

8 oz. mushrooms, sliced

1 onion, chopped

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 T. worcestershire sauce

2-3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth,

1/2 cup sour cream

Salt and pepper

Egg noodles

Cut chicken into pieces.  Season well with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.  

In a skillet, add the oil.  Cook the chicken until lightly browned.  Add oil as necessary.  Remove from pan.

Add butter to the pan, then mushrooms and onions.  Cook for 6-8 minutes.  Stir in mustard powder, Worcestershire sauce and garlic and cook for 1 minute.  Stir in broth, scraping browned bits.    Add chicken back and simmer all for a few minutes.  Reduce heat and add sour cream.  Season to taste.  Serve over egg noodles.
