Open-Faced Steak Sandwiches
Steak, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
Garlic
Mozzarella cheese, grated
Hoagie Buns
In a frying pan with oil, sauté the onion and green pepper. When soft, add the mushrooms and garlic and cook until caramelized. Add the steak and continue to cook.
Butter the open buns and put them on the air fryer tray. Air fry until they are toasted. Put the steak mixture on the buns and top with grated Mozzarella cheese. Air fry until the cheese is melted.
