This is so easy, yummy and packed w/ fiber. I actually put all ingredients in our crockpot for a couple of hours since I didn't have time right before we ate. It is yummy-enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 cans black beans
1/2 cup salsa
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 cup beef broth
Toppings:
tortilla chips
cheese
avacado
sour cream
Directions:
Put all ingredients in pot and bring to a boil. Simmer until everything is warm and serve w/ toppings.

We are trying this tonight. I'm excited. And it is very EASY. Yay!
Holy cow! I can't believe how good this was. I'm tempted to go get 3rds. :) I added some fresh chopped onion and lime/cilantro dressing too. Oishii. This is definitely going on the permanent rotation...on my easy days!
