1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
2 eggs
2 c buttermilk
1/2 c butter, melted
1 t vanilla

1. Combine dry ingredients in bowl and make a well in the center

2. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl, then add all at once to dry mix

3. Add mixture to preheated waffle iron

4. Serve with favorite syrup (they're great with Buttermilk Syrup)

5. Don't forget to share with those you love (c'mon, don't hog it all) ;)

These are SO SO good. I tried another Buttermilk waffle recipe I found on the Internet, and they were no where near as good as these. No where near. This baby's a winner! Thanks, Blake!

Okay. I'm convinced. I'm having friends over for breakfast next week and I think I will just have to make these. Is it a risk making it for the firs time for guests or is it pretty safe?
